- A primeira cena da sexta temporada decorre em 2004, a bordo do voo 815;
- Desmond segue no voo 815;
- Ben não segue no voo 815;
- Vamos ver Jacob durante o episódio;
- Neste episódio será revelado que o inimigo de Jacob é o monstro de fumo;
- Vai existir uma grande surpresa durante o episódio (mesmo para quem lê spoilers);
- O inimigo de Jacob vai matar Bram (um dos homens que acompanhava Ilana);
- A bomba de hidrogénio não explodiu;
- Juliet e Sawyer vão despedir-se um do outro com um beijo. A médica morre pouco tempo depois;
- Veremos Hurley a falar com alguém que está morto;
- Veremos Cindy e as crianças;
- Sun, Richard e o restante grupo que se encontra em 2007 vão confrontar o inimigo de Jacob;
- Na realidade alternativa, Sawyer vai estar envolvido na fuga de Kate do aeroporto;
- Vamos perceber porque razão Jacob deu um Ankh a Hurley - corre o rumor de que Hurley poderá ser o novo Jacob;
- Ben irá sentir remorsos por ter assassinado Jacob;
- Os losties que ficaram em 1977 vão ser atacados por um novo grupo;
- Na realidade alternativa, nenhum dos Losties se conhece - Desmond também não se lembra de nada nem ninguém;
- Este episódio não vai explicar o que é exactamente a realidade alternativa;
- As acções dos Losties na realidade alternativa não terão consequências para o que se passa na Ilha (pelo menos neste episódio);
